You will thinking that unity is so complicated but it seems not that much complicated just people feel you that it is hard but easy I also learned unity basics in 3 to 5 months I am also new in game development but after making my first game I learned so many things in unity when you make your first game in unity you will learn so many things and if you are a gamer it will give relaxation to you. This is my experience.
Unity for beginners
So the first thing comes is installation here some of the people will think that unity is paid not free but they are wrong because in starting I was also thinking that it is a big software and is paid but unity is free for students and also personal. These are the free licenses in unity and after installation settings comes. Settings are the main things after settings basics of unity comes basics settings are creating 3D object to make a 3D object go to the inspector and right click mouse over on 3D object and click which 3D object you want. If you want to learn basics you can watch video on youtube or go to unity website and go to learn section and get started.
First Project in Unity
Now the main thing first project comes in the first project you will learn almost everything about unity game engine that totally depends on your first project if you are making a little bit big game you will learn that much and if you are making a small game you will learn that much but take started from small if you are a beginner because if you make a big game in starting you will face so much errors and you will get tired but in small game the errors will come but you will solve it easily. This is the base of your carier in unity so the base should be strong.
